About Us2022-04-12T11:24:09+02:00

Thank you for visiting our website. We are delighted you did. At Every Nation Paarl, family is important to us, and we would like to invite you to experience the benefits of being rooted in a spiritual family.

When you hear the word “church” you may think of a building with a cross on top, a religious organisation, or even a worship service. The new testament Greek word for church, “ekklesia”, always referred to an assembly of people, not a building. We like to think of church as spiritual family.

At Every Nation Paarl, we believe that the local church’s primary goal is to equip those who follow Jesus for the work of ministry in their lives: to heal the sick, encourage the weak, train up the youth etc. The bible teaches us that everyone who serves Jesus can do the work of ministry, as they go about their daily lives, and we trust the Holy Spirit to empower every believer to minister to others, pray for healing, lead others to Christ and disciple new believers.

Every Nation Paarl is part of a global family of ministries and churches called Every Nation. Our mission is not the success of ministry but to make God known by planting Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered, socially responsible churches and campus ministries in every nation. Our congregation was planted in 2007, and we have loved seeing this family grow since then!

We invite you to visit one of our church services this Sunday. We would love to meet you.

Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT ARE YOUR SUNDAY SERVICES LIKE?2021-09-28T12:32:40+02:00

We have several worship services every Sunday: 9:00 Paarl North Service at Noord-Eind Primary (Afrikaans service), 9:00 Paarl South Service at 9 Louws Avenue (Afrikaans service), 9:00 Paarl East Service at Drakenstein Primary (English service) and a Youth service 18:00 at Noord-Eind Primary. In each service we aim to create a friendly atmosphere where you can grow in your relationship with God, worship God with contemporary music, and hear a practical relevant message from the Bible.

Friendly greeters will welcome you at the doors and invite you to enjoy the service. We will not embarrass you, nor ask you to give money. You are welcome to visit as often as you like. Come and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and see if this is the church for you.

WHAT ABOUT MY CHILDREN?2021-03-10T13:26:46+02:00

Every Nation Kids welcomes children (3 – 13 years) with open arms at the start of all our services. It’s a friendly and safe environment for your children, and they will love our fun activities and friendly children’s church leaders. At our Paarl North service, parents with children from 0-18 months are welcome in our baby room and parents with children from 18 -36 months are welcome to join us on the balcony upstairs.

Every Nation Youth Paarl meets every Sunday at 18:00, at the Church Office. It is an exciting get-together where high schoolers can be themselves, have fun, connect with God and other teens as they grow as believers. We love having our youth invite more friends to join them.

HOW CAN I GROW AND BE DISCIPLED?2018-07-17T01:47:51+02:00

Being a disciple means following Jesus, fellowshipping with other believers and fishing for men. We have created a Growth Path to help you live as a disciple of Jesus. We use the One2One book, Purple book and other group material to help you build strong foundations in your faith. Victory Training is a three-day course to plant you in freedom, eliminating past difficulties that hindered you from following Jesus fully. We also run a variety of Equip Nights on interesting and relevant topics a couple of times a year, where you can choose a course that focusses on an area where you want to grow.

DO YOU HAVE CONNECT GROUPS?2019-03-27T12:47:10+02:00

Yes. Our groups meet across the city at various locations and at various times. There’s a Connect Group to suit everybody, whether you are young or not-so-young, a family or a single young professional or student. Connect Groups help you to connect with believers and grow in your own walk with the Lord, as you also learn to reach out to others.

I NEED PRAYER. WHERE DO I GO?2018-07-17T01:48:47+02:00

Our ministry teams love praying for people directly after services for any personal needs. We want to believe with you for breakthrough in your areas of need. If you need urgent prayer during the week, please feel free to contact our church office: 021 870 1228.
